据央视新闻，蒙古国气象与环境监测局官网消息，22日夜间，该国扎布汗省巴彦特斯县遭遇5年来最寒冷天气，最低气温达到零下50摄氏度，首都乌兰巴托市市中心地区气温达到零下35摄氏度，该市南部郊区图拉河领域气温达到零下41摄氏度。
2018年，蒙古国扎布汗省巴彦特斯县等地区曾出现零下50摄氏度至零下53摄氏度的极寒天气。
