白天晴转多云，北转东风二三级，最高气温4℃；
夜间多云转阴，有小雪或零星小雪，东风二三级，最低气温零下10℃。
白天较利于户外活动和交通出行，夜间至初二上午有弱降雪，雪后大风降温，关注临近预报，注意防寒保暖。
