深南电A1月20日公告，公司终止筹划重大资产重组，公司原拟以现金方式收购联合利丰供应链股份有限公司约55%股权，鉴于公司短期内与联合利丰部分交易条款无法达成一致，为切实维护公司及全体股东利益，经公司党委会及总经理办公会审慎研究分析，与联合利丰友好协商，双方共同决定终止本次重大资产重组事项。
