观点网讯：1月16日，越秀地产股份有限公司发布公告称，于当日发行人民币20亿元2026年到期的4%有担保票据，澳交所已批准票据上市。预期票据上市将于1月17日或前后生效。
越秀地产此前公告，建议票据发行的所得款项净额将约为人民币19.91亿元。该所得款项净额拟用作置换集团若干于2023年1月到期的中长期境外票据。
