北京商报讯（记者 方彬楠 张晗）1月15日，北京市第十六届人民代表大会第一次会议开幕，北京市委副书记、代市长殷勇作《政府工作报告》（以下简称《报告》）。
《报告》回顾过去五年工作时提到，北京低收入农户全部脱低，低收入村全面消除，农村居民人均可支配收入年均增速比城镇居民高1个百分点以上。
