中证网讯（记者 张军）科达制造1月9日晚公告，基于公司锂电材料业务战略规划，为完善负极材料一体化布局以实现规模效应，扩大人造石墨产能及产品市场规模，提升公司负极材料品牌及市场影响力，公司董事会同意控股子公司福建科达新能源新设立全资子公司重庆科达新能源，开展年产5万吨人造石墨负极材料生产线项目，预计总投资10亿元。
