1月9日，哔哩哔哩官网宣布开始承销发行1534.4万股美国存托股份（ADS），每股代表公司一股Z类普通股，每股面值0.0001美元。此外，公司拟发行部分ADS，以换取本金总额至少为2.693亿美元的2026年12月到期的0.50%可转换优先票据。
