观点新媒体了解，2022年12月金地集团实现签约面积116.5万平方米，同比下降13.42%；实现签约金额204.0亿元，同比下降15.22%。
而2022年全年，金地集团累计实现签约面积1019.8万平方米，同比下降25.94%；累计实现签约金额2218.1亿元，同比下降22.64%。
