2023年春运于1月7日正式拉开大幕，成都局集团公司峨眉车务段管内乐山站、峨眉山站、峨眉站、甘洛南站、越西站等客流量逐渐增加，新成昆铁路的开通，也让运能得到了大幅提高。据了解，该段春运首日预计共发送旅客2.1万人，到达旅客1.9万人。该段推行《新客规》便民利民惠民服务新举措，保障旅客平安、有序、温馨出行。
