乐居买房讯根据厦门网上房地产数据显示，2022年下半年，厦门一手房成交33022套，一手住宅共成交14414套，月均成交2402套，日均成交78套，环比上涨60.46%，同比下跌0.4%。面积方面，2022年下半年一手房成交240万平，一手住宅住宅成交面积为145万平，环比上涨64.09%，同比上涨1.44%。
从月份上看，12月成交最低3693套，5月成交最多1223套。
