道恩股份12月30日公告，董事会同意公司通过现金方式向青岛周氏增资6124万元，其中1040.82万元计入青岛周氏实收资本，超出实收资本部分5083.18万元计入资本公积。本次增资完成后，青岛周氏将成为公司控股子公司，纳入公司合并报表范围内。同日，公司与青岛周氏控股股东青岛百利佳经济咨询服务有限公司签订了《投资协议》。
青岛周氏注册资本1000万元，主营包装装潢印刷品印刷；塑料制品制造等。
