受冷空气影响，云南多地近日迎来严寒天气，昭通、曲靖等市局部地区出现冰雪凝冻灾害，供电受到影响。截至28日16时，南方电网云南电网公司输配电线路覆冰总计204条，其中500千伏线路18条，220千伏线路23条，110千伏线路19条，35千伏线路16条，10千伏线路128条。
