智通财经APP获悉，悦航阳光网络科技(ANTE.US)宣布于2022年12月27日收到纳斯达克股票市场公司上市资格部门的通知函，表明公司已重新符合纳斯达克上市规则第5550(a)(2)条规定的最低股价要求。
根据合规通知函，纳斯达克工作人员已确定，在2022年12月12日至2022年12月23日连续10个交易日内，公司ADS的收盘价为每ADS1.00美元或更高，公司已重新符合纳斯达克上市规则第5550(a)(2)条。
