2022年12月28日，五矿发展（600058.SH）发布公告，公司拟收购五矿海外贸易有限公司（“五矿海外贸易”）持有的日本五金矿产株式会社（“日本五矿”）100%股权、韩国五矿株式会社（“韩国五矿”）100%股权，根据评估机构出具的评估结果，收购总价格为1.29亿元人民币。
