据证监会上市公司监管部12月26日公告，南宁化工、索通发展发行股份购买资产获无条件通过。
索通发展先前公告称，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式购买薛永、三顺投资、梁金、张宝、谢志懋、薛占青、薛战峰、张学文合计持有的欣源股份94.97%股份。同时公司拟向不超过35名符合条件的特定投资者，以询价的方式非公开发行人民币普通股（A股）募集配套资金。
