上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）汇成股份公告，公司拟以3亿元向全资子公司江苏汇成增资，本次增资完成后，江苏汇成注册资本由2.62亿元增至5.62亿元。公司拟以江苏汇成作为项目实施主体，投资建设12吋晶圆金凸块封测项目，预计项目投资总额3.23亿元。
