阿斯利康当地时间周一表示，其药物Imfinzi作为晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的单一疗法与铂类化疗相比未能达到提高总体生存期的主要目标。该公司所研Imfinzi在肿瘤细胞表达高水平PD-L1的患者或早期死亡风险较低的亚组患者试验中失败。
据悉，该药物属于免疫治疗类治疗，通过使用抗体阻断或结合体内异物来增强人体自身抵抗癌症的能力。
