为了进一步落实优化新冠肺炎疫情防控措施，关爱居家人员健康，方便广大人民群众健康咨询。我院积极安排部署，为居家隔离人员提供线上问诊服务，主要对儿童、孕产妇、老年人及具有基础疾病的患者提供心理疏导、用药指导、预约诊疗等服务。
