12月18日，据FlightGlobal报道，以色列载旗航空——以色列航空公司（El Al）已正式提出购买一架波音787-9梦想客机。该公司已向波音公司提交了一份787-9飞机的报价。该飞机最初是为另一家客户制造，配备了罗尔斯·罗伊斯遄达1000发动机。不过，以色列航空表示，波音公司将对该飞机进行改装，以满足其要求，后者预计将在2024年第二季度交付。
