观点网讯：12月15日，港股国美零售高开6%，截至发稿，报0.16港元，涨6.67%，成交额5492万元，总市值57.15亿元。
据观点新媒体此前报道，12月14日晚，国美零售发布公告称，控股股东黄光裕全资公司Shinning Crown与公司签订贷款协议，Shinning Crown同意向公司提供2亿港元贷款。
于12月8日晚间，Shinning Crown还同意向国美零售提供1.5亿港元的贷款。贷款为免息及无抵押，初始期限为六个月，可由订约双方于届满前以书面形式延长。
