大雪节气过后，寒意渐浓，可在云南省富源县竹园镇新街村的3000亩蔬菜基地里，却是温暖如春、满眼绿色，当地村民巧抓时间差，反季节种植的蔬菜长势喜人。
反季种植不仅让土地利用最大化，实现增收，周边村民也依托到基地打工获得务工收入，基地每年用工量约13.1万人次，全年的务工收入可达1048万元左右。
