智通财经APP讯，亚虹医药(688176.SH)公告，公司开展的APL-1202口服联合替雷利珠单抗新辅助治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌(MIBC)临床试验，于近日完成II期临床试验首例受试者入组。
据悉，APL-1202(商品名唯施可®)是一款口服的可逆性MetAP2抑制剂，具有抗血管生成、抗肿瘤活性及调节肿瘤免疫微环境的作用。临床前研究显示，APL1202与PD-1单抗联合用药在膀胱癌药效学模型上显示出协同作用。
