12月11日，济宁市卫生健康委员会公布全市发热门诊咨询电话，对于出现发热、咳嗽等症状的居民，如有就诊需求，可前往全市二级及以上医疗机构发热门诊（诊室）、基层医疗机构发热哨点就诊，也可通过互联网医院线上问诊。
