格隆汇12月9日丨昇兴股份(002752.SZ)公布，根据公司生产经营及战略发展的需要，为进一步增强子公司的资金实力，公司及全资子公司香港昇兴拟使用自有资金人民币1.5亿元对全资子公司中山昇兴进行增资。本次增资完成后，中山昇兴的股权结构不变，公司持有中山昇兴75%股权，香港昇兴持有中山昇兴25%股权。
