2022年12月6日，节能铁汉(300197.SZ)发布公告，公司于2022年12月5日收到控股股东中国节能环保集团有限公司(简称“中国节能”)《关于增持中节能铁汉生态环境股份有限公司股份计划实施进展的函》。截至2022年12月5日，其本次增持计划实施期限已过半。中国节能以自有资金通过集合竞价方式累计增持公司股份14,721,988股，占目前公司总股本0.52%，增持金额为人民币3,577.72万元，增持均价2.43元/股。
