11月21日16时许，河南省安阳市凯信达商贸有限公司厂房发生火灾。事故已造成38人死亡，2人轻微伤送医救治。
22日晚，安阳市人民政府新闻办公室召开新闻发布会。经初步评估，该起事故原因为企业人员违规操作。涉事企业负责人已被警方控制。
