中证网讯（记者 王宇露）金牛基金经理、涌津投资董事长兼投资总监谢小勇11月22日在中国证券报“金牛来了”直播间表示，今年市场已经有过两次筑底，往后看，可以对明年的行情更加乐观一些，当前已经是一个可以布局的时机。不过，反弹不会一步到位，市场情绪也没有完全稳定，行情可能会有反复，因此布局也不建议追高，还是要挑选基本面良好的优质标的。
