乐居财经 孙肃博 11月21日，据港交所，古瑞瓦特(Growatt Technology)已通过上市聆讯，瑞信和中金公司为其联席保荐人。
招股书披露，2019年-2021年，古瑞瓦特经营活动产生的现金流量净额分别为1.06亿元、3.38亿元、4712.8万元。2021年，古瑞瓦特现金及现金等价物减少净额为2.5亿元。
具体来看，2021年古瑞瓦特存货金额从2020年4.78亿元增至11.46亿元，应收账款从2.76亿元增至7.12亿元。
据了解，古瑞瓦特是一家分布式能源解决方案提供商，专注于可持续能源发电、储电、用电以及能源数字化领域。
