中东欧反俄氛围越来越高涨。继波罗的海3国与波兰之后，捷克今日通过决议案，将俄罗斯当前的政权定性为“恐怖主义政权”。该决定是根据欧洲理事会议员大会的决议作出的，得到出席156名议员中的129名支持。根据批准的文件，捷克共和国谴责俄罗斯在乌克兰的侵略行动，不承认顿内茨克、卢甘斯克、赫尔松和扎波罗热4地加入俄罗斯联邦的公投結果。
