格隆汇11月17日丨飞扬集团(01901.HK)宣布，由于安永会计师事务所与公司未能就公司截至2022年12月31日止年度审核费用达成共识，故安永会计师事务所辞任集团核数师，自2022年11月17日起生效。
进一步宣布，根据公司审核委员会的推荐建议，中正天恒已获委任为公司新核数师，自2022年11月17日起生效，以填补安永会计师事务所辞任后的临时空缺，任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
