ST榕泰11月17日公告，为进一步优化公司资金结构，改善财务状况，公司拟将持有的揭阳市正华化工有限公司、揭阳市佳佳美鞋业有限公司等42家应收账款以债权价值9165.87万元为作价依据，中山泰成塑料制品有限公司、广东新星塑料实业有限公司等276家应收账款以账面价值1529.45万元为作价依据，合计10695.32万元为挂牌价予以公开挂牌转让。
