运达股份11月17日公告，公司实施配股，向截至股权登记日11月9日深圳证券交易所收市后，在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司登记在册的公司全体股东按照每10股配3股的比例配售A股股份。截至目前，本次配股的认购工作已完成，公司股票将于11月18日（星期五）开市起复牌。
