智通财经APP讯，博瑞医药(688166.SH)公告，公司全资子公司博瑞制药(苏州)有限公司(简称“博瑞制药”)收到国家药品监督管理局签发的“吡美莫司”《化学原料药上市申请批准通知书》。
公告显示，吡美莫司是亲脂性抗炎性的子囊霉素巨内酰胺的衍生物，可选择性地抑制前T细胞及巨噬细胞产生和释放前炎症细胞因子及介质，适用于无免疫受损的轻度至中度特应性皮炎(湿疹)。
