11月16日消息，据港交所文件，11月11日国美零售大股东黄光裕以每股0.1259港元的均价出售4.05亿股公司股票，持股比例从40.32%降至39.19%。此前黄光裕、杜鹃、恒海投资有限公司和国美管理有限公司在9月14日减持了约27.37亿股，合计约5.31亿港元。
