智通财经APP讯，协鑫新能源(00451)公布，于2022年11月16日，公司的间接附属公司郓城鑫华与中核租赁订立融资租赁协议。
据此，郓城鑫华以转让价人民币1.5亿元向中核租赁转让标的资产;中核租赁将标的资产出租予郓城鑫华，租期为12年;及郓城鑫华有权于租期结束后以象征性代价人民币1万元购回标的资产。
