艾力斯11月16日公告，公司于近日收到上海证监局警示函。上海证监局决定对公司采取出具警示函的行政监管措施。据查，公司在2022年4月27日披露的2021年年度报告中，以汇总方式披露公司向前5名客户销售额占年度销售总额的比例时，未将属于同一控制人控制的客户视为同一客户合并列示，违反相关规定。
