11月16日讯，据知情人士透露，阿波罗全球管理公司已同意收购专注于中端市场直接贷款的Sector Financial Inc.，作为其收购瑞信部分证券化产品业务（SPG）的一部分。包括作为交易估值的具体细节目前还无法获知。对此，阿波罗和瑞信的发言人均拒绝置评。Sector的代表也没有立即回复置评请求。总部位于美国切维蔡斯的Sector是瑞信的子公司。（智通财经）
