格隆汇11月16日丨先声药业(02096.HK)发布公告，集团与Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd.于2022年11月15日就失眠症药物Daridorexant订立独家授权协议。根据该协议，集团将获授该产品在大中华地区的开发及商业化的独家权利。Idorsia将收取3000万美元的首付款，并在获国家药品监督管理局的监管批准后将有资格收取2000万美元的额外里程碑付款，及商业化里程碑付款以及基于未来销售额的低双位数百分比分级特许权使用费。
