上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）神火股份公告，此前，公司拟以发行股份及支付现金的方式购买云南神火铝业有限公司40.10%股权，并向不超过35名符合条件的特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。经公司与交易对方认真研究论证并协商一致，认为本次交易已无法达成交易各方预期，现阶段继续推进本次交易存在较大不确定性，公司决定终止购买云南神火40.1%股权。
