据晶盛机电官微，11月9日，晶盛机电新一代金刚线生产项目投产仪式在浙江绍兴上虞举行。该项目分两期建设，此次投产的为一期项目。
晶盛机电金刚线项目产品主要用于光伏硅电池、半导体和集成电路、IGBT功率器件、LED光电子等领域的晶体材料制备。
