乐居财经 彦杰 11月8日消息，据中国银保监会官网公告（银保监复〔2022〕751号），《中信银行股份有限公司关于配股公开发行证券的请示》（信银发〔2022〕669号）收悉。经审核，现批复如下：同意中信银行按照每10股配售不超过3股的比例向全体A股和H股股东配售股份的方案。
