为不断发掘粮食增产潜力，合水县积极落实冬小麦扶持政策，通过对种植冬小麦的农户进行深松整地作业、基础种植物资补助等方式，充分调动群众种粮的积极性，扎实推进冬小麦种植。截至目前，合水县完成冬小麦种植5.7万亩，建成万亩冬小麦示范带1处，千亩示范点1处，百亩以上3处。
