10月23日，运城市沿黄一号旅游公路夏县段与垣曲县交接处改扩建重点项目工程正在加紧施工。
该项工程主线全长29.2公里，起点位于与平陆县交界的石家村，途经夏县祁家河乡祁家坡、七泉、佛峪等村，终点位于与垣曲县交接的清水河大桥。
