切萨雷-马尔蒂尼是保罗-马尔蒂尼的父亲，1954年-1966年期间效力于AC米兰，共为球队出战347场。1998年-2003年，切萨雷-马尔蒂尼也在AC米兰担任过技术教练、总监等职位。
