智通财经APP讯，霭华押业信贷(01319)公布，于2022年9月30日，公司间接全资附属霭华信贷(放贷人)与客户丙(借款人)订立两份贷款协议。根据两份贷款协议，霭华信贷同意向客户丙提供为期12个月的两笔贷款，本金合共4000万港元。
在订立两份贷款协议之前，于2022年8月25号，该集团分别与客户甲和客户乙提供两笔现行贷款而订立两份现行贷款协议。
