近日，信用中国（湖南）发布的一则行政处罚信息显示，新晃县城东医院未按规定填写病历资料、使用非卫生技术人员单独从事医疗技术活动等，依据《医疗纠纷预防与出来条例》、《医疗机构管理条例》等相关规定，怀化市新晃侗族自治县卫生健康局对该院予以处罚，罚款人民币2.8万元。
