格隆汇9月29日丨通达集团(00698.HK)宣布，有关分拆公司的建议分拆，而分拆公司现时为公司拥有90%权益的附属公司，从事为欧美大型品牌生产家庭耐用品、家用工具、体育用品及健康护理用品。
根据中国证券监督管理委员会于2022年9月29日发布的《第十八届发审委2022年第112次会议审核结果公告》，分拆公司于深圳证券交易所主板的建议上市获核准通过。
