据央视新闻，飓风“伊恩”27日凌晨登陆古巴西部，当天深夜古巴全境停电。国家供电企业古巴电力联盟抓紧修复电网，以便逐步恢复向全国大约1130万人口供电。
三级飓风“伊恩”27日在古巴西海岸省份比那尔德里奥登陆。当晚，西部多个省份首先断电，整个电网随后瘫痪。
“伊恩”登陆前，预防起见，比那尔德里奥省主动切断省内供电，同时从靠近海边的低洼地区撤离数万人。
