2022年9月27日9时30分左右，作者途经平阳北街时看见穿有静态停车收费的人员不遵守交通法规钻越道路中心栏杆，也不为自己和来往的车辆安全方面多考虑考虑，只为了自己方便不顾他人安全。
路北红绿灯口人行道离钻口大约5O米左右，为什么不走人行道呢？非要钻栏杆呢？
