观点网讯：9月23日，屋宇署7月批出共23份建筑图则，当中新地于去年4月以86.14亿港元投得的上水古洞北新发展区第25区住宅官地项目最大，获批建6幢25层高的商住项目，总楼面涉约119.81万方呎。
上述住宅官地获批建6幢25层高分层住宅大厦，涉约99.87万方呎，另设19.94万方呎非住宅楼面，总楼面约119.81万方呎。而项目连住户康乐设施及公共运输交汇处。
